During this weekend you will have an opportunity to enjoy an evening walk in the dark to spot the famous Nightjar (provided they have arrived for the summer) and other nocturnal species. The area offers a variety of walks including for example a visit to Minsmere RSPB, Dunwich Heath, Aldeburgh, the lovingly converted Snape Maltings with its famed concert hall and craft shops and the mysterious Orford Ness - an experimental weapons centre situated on an isolated spit.

This little visited area has much to offer, undemanding walks in one of the driest and sunniest counties in the country and the incredible light and big skies that have been an inspiration to countless artists including Constable and Turner.

Our Club house for the weekend is the excellent Blaxhall YHA situated in a quiet Suffolk village where, if the weather is favourable, we will enjoy the famed Club Experience BBQ on the Saturday evening.
